Refund Policy

Refund, exchange or replacement covers any product quality or incorrect pricing issue for all goods sold in store. 

As our customer you have the choice of a refund, exchange or replacement as long as the store usually stocks the item being refunded or replaced. Please contact us at service@aftershake.co.nz with the details of your order and the issue that you wish to have resolved.

After Shake provides a 90 days warranty against product defects and normal use operational failure. Our policy is to seek to make sure that you are happy with your product purchases and service from After Shake Ltd.

We fully comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act(CGA).
